Service Sunday

What would happen if we literally turned our worship into service?

We do that from time to time. On Service Sunday, we gather for a brief worship service at Smith Park, weather permitting, then head out to the community.

  • We feed quarters into washers & dryers at local laundromats to help folks with their laundry.
  • We help Doty Island Development Council plant flowers in the neighborhoods.
  • We make sweet treats for the local Police Department.
  • We create greeting cards for Veterans.

SERVICE SUNDAY – 2020

During the pandemic and need for social distancing, CUCCNM Ministry of Service will not be rescheduling Service Sunday for this summer.  The Ministry encourages all members to consider helping the Fox Cities community with COVID 19 Critical Volunteer Needs, organized by United Way – Volunteerfoxcities.org
