Worship Every Sunday

All are invited and welcome into worship – no matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey. Worship is the center of who we are as a congregation and people of faith. Our worship services are centered around a Biblical text which is presented through music, visual imagery and preaching.

Join us for worship at 10:15 AM every Sunday (JOIN ONLINE)

We love having children present in worship. To help them engage in the service, we have a children’s message and activities bags. We also provide a nursery during times of worship. The nursery is staffed with trained volunteers between Labor Day and Memorial Day. During the summer months, we ask that parents remain with their children while they are in the nursery. Don’t worry, you can still be a part of worship because we have closed circuit TV in the nursery.

We love having the elderly in worship.

We love having everyone in between in worship, too!

We love having people of all kinds of ability in worship. We offer a hearing loop to aid the hearing impaired. Our building is all on ground level and fully accessible. Large print bulletins can be made available.

The United Church of Christ celebrates two sacraments: Holy Communion and Baptism

We see Baptism as a covenant into the Christian faith and is offered to all ages. In the case of infant or child baptism, parents and sponsors enter into covenant to raise the child in the Christian faith. If you are interested in baptism, please contact our pastor at pastor@cuccnm.org. Confirmation is offered to youth in 8th grade  as an affirmation of baptism and entry into full membership of our congregation.

Holy Communion is generally served on the first Sunday of the month as well as on Easter and Christmas Eve. We rejoice to celebrate an open communion table, recognizing that Christ is the host and has invited all to partake. No membership required. Simply come and receive the goodness of God. Bread and grape juice is offered, as well as a gluten-free alternative.

What should you wear? Whatever you want. Be comfortable.

Will we make you stand up and introduce yourself if you are visiting? Absolutely not! But be prepared for a hearty welcome from the folks you meet. We hope that you’ll let us know how to get in touch with you after you have visited and you can do that by signing our guest book and filling out the pew registry pads.

No matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey, we hope that you will find our services offer a meaningful way to celebrate the love of God revealed in Jesus Christ.

The Labyrinth by the Lake

When you pray, Let your feet move. (African Proverb)

We offer an outdoor labyrinth for those who seek to use it as a part of their journey of faith.

A labyrinth is an ancient tool used for prayer and meditation.
It consists of a winding path that begins at the periphery and leads to a central space and out again by the same path.

Labyrinths differ from mazes in that there are no blind alleys or dead ends. A labyrinth is not a puzzle to be solved. You cannot get “lost” or make a mistake because there are no choices to make once you have decided to start walking. Simply follow the path – you will always end up in the center and back at the entrance.

The labyrinth is located on the western portion of the church property, on the corner of Kitiver Court and Nicolet Boulevard. We ask that you use the parking on Nicolet Boulevard.

We hope that your “walk in the woods” will be blessed and nurturing.

"This is a warm, friendly and welcoming place to be. Come join us."
